1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • It must be in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • It must not show any signs of installation, wear, or damage.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service team prior to shipping the item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or from which the original packaging seal has been broken.

  • Any product damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all included components. Please include the RA number on or inside the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  • Approval & Timing: Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Duration: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • Deductions: Refunds are for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original, perfect condition.
