1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
It must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
It must be in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
It must not show any signs of installation, wear, or damage.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service team prior to shipping the item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:
Products that have been used, installed, or from which the original packaging seal has been broken.
Any product damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all included components. Please include the RA number on or inside the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
4. Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Approval & Timing: Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Duration: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Deductions: Refunds are for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original, perfect condition.
